SOCOTEC Building Performance is hiring a Building Physics Advisor in Beilen to support clients from initial design through project handover on energy performance, building physics, and Building Regulations matters. The role involves preparing calculations and reports, analyzing thermal bridges, vapor transport, condensation, daylight, ventilation, areas, and Rₙc-values, registering energy labels, and managing project data. Applicants need an HBO-level degree in building physics, building engineering, or engineering/technology, EP W and/or EP D certification or willingness to obtain it, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a category B driving license.
