Arcadis is hiring a Building Project Manager to oversee projects in the building construction sector, including office buildings, residential developments, industrial facilities, pharmaceutical plants, and hospitals. The role manages project coordination, client requirements, contracts, budgets, schedules, quality control, stakeholder communication, technical studies, construction activities, and project handovers. Candidates need a degree in architecture, architectural engineering, construction engineering, or a related field; fluency in Dutch and English with working knowledge of French; strong organizational and communication skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; and a valid Category B driving licence.
