The Building Project Manager – Structural Construction will independently manage new-build and energy-related refurbishment projects, representing the client throughout project phases, coordinating tenders and external planning and execution partners, and controlling costs, deadlines, quality, and compliance. The role requires a civil engineering, architecture, or building-technician qualification with extensive professional experience, knowledge of German construction standards and regulations, strong organizational and negotiation skills, digital and MS Office proficiency, a class B driver’s license, and very good German.
