Description
Vertex is hiring a BCA/PCA Technical Leader to build and lead its Building Condition Assessment and Property Condition Assessment service line in Ontario. The role combines engineering leadership, field-team development, standardized inspection and QA/QC systems, professional engineering oversight, and oversight of complex property assessments. It requires a relevant engineering degree, P.Eng. designation, at least 10 years of experience in building science, engineering consulting, or property condition assessment, and strong knowledge of ASTM E2018 and Ontario building practices. The position is based in the Greater Toronto Area and is remote/hybrid, with expected compensation of $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
