WSP is hiring an Early Career Building Sciences Consultant to support building investigations, technical assessments, building envelope reviews, restoration projects, field investigations, property condition assessments, depreciation reports, and capital plans across British Columbia's Lower Mainland. The role combines office collaboration with fieldwork and offers exposure to residential, commercial, institutional, and educational facilities. Candidates need a relevant degree or diploma, EGBC eligibility or current registration as an Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer, and prior experience in building science, consulting engineering, construction, or building assessments. Compensation is $57,500 to $76,200 in British Columbia.
