The employer is seeking a Building Service Technician (m/f/d) for a client in Bremen’s Überseestadt area. The role involves setting up and operating mechanical and electronic locking systems, supporting property management, accompanying technical trades on new-build and conversion projects, and tracking externally contracted tasks. Applicants need completed technical vocational training or a similar qualification, basic electrical engineering and precision mechanics knowledge, experience with electronic and mechanical locking systems, Excel and Word skills, and supplier and tradesperson communication experience. The position is full-time, 39 hours per week, with regular Monday-to-Friday hours and compensation starting at €17.00 under a public-sector collective wage agreement.
