Tyczka is hiring a Building Services and Maintenance Technician at its Geretsried site to provide technical care and support for the property, coordinate tradespeople and maintenance companies, monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, perform grounds care, cleaning, waste disposal, winter service, emergency-system support, minor repairs, transport, and site-service tasks. The role requires practical building-services or comparable trade training, hands-on technical skills, a class B driver’s license, organizational ability, and an independent working style; knowledge of maintenance and building technology is advantageous. The position offers flexible flex-time and remote-work options.
