AFRY is hiring a Ventilation Designer | BIM Modeler to join its HVAC, Heating & Cooling, and Building Technology Integration department in Prague, Brno, or České Budějovice. The role involves designing HVAC systems for new buildings and renovations, creating 3D BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, performing load calculations and equipment sizing, preparing technical documentation, conducting site visits, and troubleshooting project issues. Candidates need building services engineering education, 3–5 years of HVAC design and BIM modeling experience, knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP, and a valid driver’s license; professional HVAC certification is advantageous. The position offers flexible working hours and home office options.
