Description
The role plans, coordinates, and monitors cleaning and maintenance work; identifies and troubleshoots building-services faults; carries out or arranges maintenance, repair, and restoration work; monitors energy supply; procures construction materials; and supports events, lock/closure service, and winter service. It requires skilled trade training and professional experience in the electrical field, knowledge of simple electrical work and building-services monitoring software, Microsoft Excel and Word skills, and a responsible, flexible approach. A valid driver’s license is desirable.
