Description
The Static Building Services Engineer will oversee routine preventive and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical plant at a Regent Street, London site. The role includes managing subcontractor work, operating permit-to-work and LOTO systems, maintaining safety and environmental conditions, updating computer-based maintenance records, and ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs. The engineer will also monitor building environmental conditions using the BMS system and support the engineering team with risk assessments, near-miss reporting, and site activity records.
