Description
The Static Building Services Engineer will maintain mechanical and electrical plant at a Cambridge static site through planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, subcontractor supervision, permit-to-work and LOTO systems, risk assessments, method statements, and accurate computer-based maintenance records. The role also monitors building environmental conditions using the BMS system, ensures safe and healthy working conditions, and supports client and site-management relationships.
