Description
The Building Services Engineer is responsible for the full lifecycle of highly complex building services in DFS buildings, including planning, implementation, commissioning, acceptance, monitoring, optimization, and fault investigation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. The role requires a technical building equipment or HVAC degree, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of German construction regulations and building automation, English proficiency, and a class B driver’s license. It is a full-time position in Langen with a 38.5-hour work week and listed benefits.
