Description
The Building Services Engineer will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across a large-scale retail warehouse site, installing, maintaining, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supervising electrical, mechanical, HVAC, lighting, power, and plumbing systems. The role also supports contractors, technicians, suppliers, internal departments, small-scale projects, and wider facilities operations. Candidates need warehouse or large-site maintenance experience, PASMA/IPAF or ladder-safety training, an NVQ 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent MEP qualification, at least five years of MEP or multi-trade experience, and current 18th Edition knowledge.
