Description
Stabico-Stir by Studibo is hiring a full-time Building Services Engineer to design, develop, and follow up on technical installations for schools, healthcare institutions, offices, and other projects; prepare specifications and schedules of quantities; calculate installations; coordinate with architects and clients; contribute to sustainable and smart-energy concepts; and oversee construction-site technical follow-up. The role reports to the Director and requires an engineering or construction-related qualification, preferably at least three years of relevant experience, AutoCAD knowledge, Dutch fluency, and willingness to work at the office in Lennik.
