The Building Services Engineer performs repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, leak detection, moisture measurement, insured-damage repair, customer service, on-call mobile support, installation of bathrooms and heating systems, modernization and restoration work, material procurement, and documentation. The role requires vocational training in heating, ventilation, plumbing/sanitation, several years of residential property maintenance experience, a class B driver’s license, and good German skills.
