Description
MTR Corporation is hiring a building services engineering professional to maintain and improve electrical and mechanical building services systems in residential properties. The role manages maintenance and works contracts, including design, tender documentation, drawings, and site inspections; supports new residential property developments through technical vetting, testing and commissioning, and contractor training; and coordinates property handovers, defect inspections, functional testing, defect reporting, and document checks.
