The role manages independent building-services engineering projects for plant groups 8, covering building and systems automation across performance phases 1–9. Responsibilities include project planning, quality, cost, and schedule control, customer and project acquisition, and company presentation. The ideal profile requires an engineering degree or relevant state-certified qualification, several years of experience with complex building and systems automation plants, knowledge of VOB, AVA, and MS Office, and basic HOAI knowledge.
