Description
The role plans and manages building services for phases 1–5 of office, commercial, hotel, and residential projects, including technical calculations, bills of quantities, tender documents, site supervision, and construction management. It requires a building-services or comparable technical qualification, at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of VOB A–C and HOAI, CAD skills, and experience with claims and change orders. The position is based in Gießen with nationwide work focused on the Rhine-Main region and Northern Germany, and offers flexible working hours and mobile work.
