Description
The role reviews specialist planning deliverables, monitors the interface between specialist planning and architectural or project planning, develops review procedures and planning tools, creates sustainable HVAC and electrical system concepts, presents technical content, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a degree or comparable technical qualification, several years of building-services planning experience, knowledge of planning and BIM software, cross-disciplinary collaboration, German proficiency, and good English skills. The position is based in Munich or Berlin and offers training, language support, pension support, vacation, and flexible working models.
