Description
The role plans and engineers extensions, renovations, conversions, and smaller new installations for water and fire-extinguishing systems, while also processing service orders, preparing proposals and quotes, monitoring financing and costs, managing change orders, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and communicating with clients. It requires a completed technical degree or state-certified technician training in building-services engineering, mechanical engineering, or HVAC/MEP, along with MS Office skills, initiative, teamwork, and cost-consciousness.
