The Building Services Technical Planner supports specialist engineers in planning and designing building services for office buildings, hospitals, and industrial production facilities. The role covers CAD 3D drafting, technical calculations, project delivery from preliminary planning through detailed engineering, project meetings, stakeholder coordination, product research, and tender preparation, with support through site measurement and invoicing. It requires vocational training as a Technical System Planner – Building Services or a comparable qualification, along with experience as a system planner or technical drafter, knowledge of 3D design and technical calculations, and a structured, results-oriented working style.
