The role involves checking ventilation, air conditioning, heat pumps, safety, and fire alarm systems; supporting maintenance, inspections, and commissioning; handling minor repairs; coordinating external craft companies; and collaborating with team members and internal departments. Applicants should have technical understanding and practical experience, ideally from a craft or technical apprenticeship or training, organizational and communication skills, reliability, and a Class B driver’s license.
