Description
The Building Services Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building management, and security systems; ensuring safety and hygiene compliance; optimizing energy efficiency; and documenting maintenance work. The role requires related technical training, building-services engineering knowledge, maintenance experience, technical aptitude, reliability, teamwork, customer orientation, and willingness to work shifts. A collective-agreement gross salary of €2,922.16 is provided depending on qualifications.
