Description
The employer is offering a temporary Building Services Technician role in facility management in Frankfurt am Main. The position involves regular walkthroughs and visual and functional checks of technical building systems, test runs of systems such as sprinkler systems and UPS/NEA emergency power backup systems, minor maintenance and repairs, documentation of error logs and maintenance records, and coordination of external contractors. Applicants need completed training in a skilled trade or technical profession, relevant experience is desirable, cross-trade technical knowledge is advantageous, and a Class B driver’s license is required.
