Description
The Site Manager / Building Services Work Planner will prepare the technical file for the Trösch project, ensure plans and technical data sheets are complete and accurate, analyze files for gaps and optimization opportunities, and coordinate with the site manager, project manager, draftsman, purchasing department, engineering firms, subcontractors, and the client. The role reports to the project manager and requires strong communication, decision-making, customer orientation, technical problem-solving, accuracy under pressure, and MS Office proficiency; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or electromechanics is preferred.
