Description
The employer is seeking multiple Building Site Supervisors for a well-known client on a permanent basis. The role covers supervision of building services installations in performance phase 8 of the HOAI, quality assurance and condition assessment, cost estimating and control, contract-document negotiations, construction schedule and process coordination, quantity take-offs, progress and invoice reviews, variation-order review, schedule planning, documentation, and commissioning management. Applicants need a degree or comparable qualification in building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a technician or master craftsman qualification, at least five years of site-supervision experience, project-management and VOB B/C expertise, office and tendering software experience, strong personal responsibility and communication skills, and fluent German at C1 level; team-leading experience is preferred.
