Description
EXP is hiring a Building Structure Site Supervisor to oversee structural construction work for institutional, municipal, school, commercial, and public-sector projects. The role supervises compliance with plans, specifications, standards, and contracts; monitors schedules and quality; reviews shop drawings and technical documents; prepares site and technical reports; and coordinates with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients. It is a hybrid position based in Montreal or Longueuil and requires a relevant engineering degree, OIQ membership, at least five years of building structure site-supervision experience, an ASP Construction card, a driver's license, and excellent French.
