Description
The Building Superintendent oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of the Ford Block Building and assigned facilities. The role performs and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire, and life-safety systems; responds to emergencies; conducts inspections; manages contractors and vendors; supports renovations and capital projects; maintains safety and supply inventories; and communicates facility conditions to the Facilities Department. A high school diploma or equivalent, multi-system maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to perform building maintenance are required.
