Description
AECOM is recruiting a Building Surveyor for its Leeds Building Surveying Team. The role covers contract administration, condition surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, specification preparation, AutoCAD drawing and design work, measured surveys, schedules of condition, and Microsoft and iPad-based work. The position is based in the Leeds office with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least one day per week in the office, and may involve occasional UK and international travel. Applicants should have a BSc Hons in Building Surveying; RICS membership and NEC Supervisor accreditation are desired but not essential.
