Triumph Group of Companies is hiring a full-time Building Surveyor in the Greater Toronto Area to conduct detailed condition surveys of building exteriors and cladding systems using 3D laser scanning and other surveying methods. The role processes point cloud data, produces BIM and CAD drawings and reports, identifies water infiltration and structural issues, coordinates active-site surveys, and communicates findings to project managers, engineers, estimators, and clients.
