This position involves the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of various systems in a SFA/NM retail store, focusing on critical building equipment such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, lighting, generators, and flush valves. Responsibilities include weekly preventive maintenance, safety inspection logging, ordering supplies, assisting with capital planning, and supporting point-of-sale and telephone systems.
