CAMELOT GmbH is hiring a Building Technical Design Drafter for permanent full-time or part-time employment. The role prepares concept, approval, and execution plans, detail drawings, and quantity take-offs using CAD architectural software such as ALLPLAN; manages construction documents; creates cost estimates and bills of materials; coordinates building engineering projects with authorities and structural engineering offices; reviews technical regulations; monitors planning and construction processes; and participates in site meetings and surveying appointments. Candidates need completed training as a building technical design drafter, construction technician, CAD drafter, or comparable qualification, along with confident CAD software handling and a structured, conscientious, team-oriented working style.
