The role involves minor electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs; monitoring and overseeing building technical facilities; supporting renovation work; and supervising external service providers. Applicants should have relevant building caretaker or comparable experience, technical understanding and practical skills, and a class B driver’s license; commercial or technical training is desirable but not mandatory.
