Description
The Building Technician will care for and maintain modern commercial and logistics properties in Großmehring, coordinating caretakers and external tradespeople, supervising maintenance work, and independently performing minor repairs and inspections. The role also involves identifying technical defects, documenting damage, securing hazard areas, and monitoring safety, quality, and traffic safety obligations. Vocational training in electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, plumbing/sanitary systems, or lift technology is required, while first experience in the area is desirable; very good German skills are required.
