Description
The Building Technician will monitor and assess building maintenance services, analyze measurement spreadsheets for approval, register properties for project studies, oversee quality and standardization, prepare technical reports, and perform corporate technical directorship activities. The role is based in Perus, Northwest Region - SP, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, and requires a high school diploma, a technical course in Buildings, active Class Council registration, at least six months of Building Technician experience, and a valid driver’s license.
