The municipality of Manching is hiring a full-time, permanent Building Technician specializing in building construction or civil engineering. The role covers planning, tendering, cost estimation and control, and on-site construction supervision for municipal buildings, maintenance, refurbishment, road, bridge, sewer, water-supply, and wastewater projects. Candidates need completed building-technician training or a comparable qualification, knowledge of construction procurement and standard processes, IT skills including CAD and GIS, and a class B driver’s license.
