The client is hiring a full-time Building Technician / Facilities Technician in Heilbronn to perform inspection, maintenance, and repair work on buildings and technical systems, including HVAC and sanitary systems. The role coordinates external service providers, maintains outdoor areas, supports relocations and small conversion projects, procures spare parts, documents maintenance work, supports safety compliance, and handles courier trips between the main site and supported branch offices. Candidates should have relevant caretaker or facilities-technician experience, strong technical and practical skills, German language ability, and basic MS Office knowledge; an apprenticeship in electrical, heating, ventilation, or plumbing is advantageous but not mandatory.
