Description
The Building Technician I performs day-to-day building operations, including tenant-request response, repairs, preventative maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and finishes systems, building and grounds maintenance, safety inspections, work records, and security monitoring. The role also coordinates subcontractor access, supports special events, maintains tools and supplies, and may perform duties of a Building Technician II. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant facilities or building-technician experience, basic computer and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building-system knowledge, and availability for on-call, evening, weekend, and holiday work. The pay range is $53,000 to $110,000, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
