Description
The Senior Building Services Technician leads day-to-day building and portfolio technicians, troubleshoots and repairs commercial building systems, performs inspections and preventative maintenance, supports the Chief Building Technician, and supervises lower-level technicians and subcontractors. The role requires extensive building-systems knowledge, BMS/BAS and fire-alarm expertise, seven years of relevant senior-service-technician experience including two years directing others, and availability for 24-hour on-call and off-hours work. The stated pay range is $70,000 to $140,000, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
