Description
The Senior Building Services Technician leads day-to-day building-system technicians, troubleshoots and repairs commercial building systems, performs inspections and preventative maintenance, supports the Chief Building Technician, and supervises lower-level technicians and subcontractors. The role requires extensive building-systems knowledge, a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant vocational coursework, Universal CFC certification, a state journeyman license, and at least nine years of senior service-technician experience including two years directing others. It requires 24-hour on-call availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The pay range is $73,000 to $145,000, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits for employees working at least 30 hours per week.
