Spaces is hiring a Building Technician to maintain and support the building services and infrastructure of special-event locations in Frankfurt/Offenbach, Hamburg, and/or Düsseldorf. The role combines general handyman work, coordination of maintenance and modernization with external specialists, operation of technical systems, minor repairs, storage and logistics, and seating arrangements. Candidates need relevant vocational training, several years of comparable experience, facility-management knowledge, a Class B driver’s license, and strong German skills; English is an advantage.
