The role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building systems; ensuring the functionality and safety of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; monitoring building services through building management systems; coordinating external service providers; and documenting and remediating technical defects. Candidates should have technical training in building services, several years of professional experience, strong German, a Class B driver’s license, and IT skills, with CAFM experience desirable.
