The client is hiring a Building Technician/Structural Engineer to perform structural design for building and civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include creating inspection-ready calculations, layout and rebar drawings, reinforcement plans, site inspection scheduling, on-site reinforcement inspections, coordination with project and execution teams, and review of construction planning. The role requires a civil engineering degree or comparable building-technician or master-craftsman qualification, professional experience in a comparable structural role, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and CAD experience.
