Description
TÜV SÜD is seeking a Building Technology Inspector to independently inspect construction projects, identify workmanship defects, prepare technical reports and expert reports, support acceptances and handovers, review claims and damage cases, and advise stakeholders. The role requires a degree in civil engineering or a comparable field, at least three years of project or construction management experience in industrial and residential construction, native-level German, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a customer- and service-oriented approach.
