Old Dominion University is hiring a Buildings/Grounds Supervisor to provide maintenance services, supervise staff, maintain security, manage work orders and inventory, and document activities in university residence halls and apartments. The role requires significant maintenance experience in dormitories, apartments, motels, or hotels, strong supervisory experience, trade licensure, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and in-person reporting; it is not eligible for telework.
