Description
The Buildings Technician will monitor and evaluate building maintenance services, analyze measurement spreadsheets for approval, register properties for project studies, control quality and standardization, prepare technical reports, and support the Corporate Technical Directorate. The role is based in Sapopemba, East Zone – São Paulo, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, and requires a high school diploma, a technical course in Buildings, active professional council registration, at least six months of experience as a Buildings Technician, and an active driver’s license.
