Description
The Bulk Loader Unloader Lead is responsible for leading and supporting a team while operating loading and unloading equipment for bulk materials such as chemicals and biodiesel across trucks, trains, and barges/water vessels. The role emphasizes monitoring material movement, performing inspections, samples and ingredient testing, maintaining documentation and process quality records, and following strict safety, lockout/tagout, confined space, and tank cleaning procedures. The position also participates in complaint investigations and corrective actions, with basic computer and mechanical/electrical knowledge and prior food manufacturing or similar industry experience considered advantageous.
