The Bulk Milk Tanker Driver operates a tractor with a tanker to collect and transport bulk milk, following a 4-on-4-off rotational schedule that may include day, evening, statutory holiday, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, loading and unloading with minimal product loss, tank cleaning, recordkeeping, customer communication, and reporting repairs or accidents. The role requires a Class 1 driver’s license, experience hauling unstable loads, a Milk Graders License, a clean driving abstract, and the ability to work independently in all weather conditions. The starting rate is $26.27 per hour, increasing to $30.00 per hour after three months.
