Description
The Burn Table Operator prepares and cuts material according to customer specifications using plasma burn table equipment. Responsibilities include loading and removing materials, programming and setting up equipment, measuring and inspecting cut material, packaging for shipping, completing inspection reports, performing preventive maintenance, and following safety procedures. The role requires the ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts, use measuring tools, perform basic math, recognize color classifications, and lift up to 50 pounds. A minimum of one year of previous burn table work experience is preferred, and the schedule is Monday through Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
