Description
The Burn Table Operator will set up, adjust, and operate programmable burn tables and cutting equipment to cut steel plates, structural materials, and extrusions. The role also involves reading drawings and cutting lists, determining cutting paths, performing basic equipment maintenance, reporting malfunctions, maintaining a clean work area, following safety procedures, and lifting materials up to 70 pounds. The position offers steady hours, possible overtime, weekly pay, and hourly wages of $17–$21 based on experience, with a 10:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m. shift.
